YOUR BODY'S ENERGY SYSTEM, UNDERSTANDING CHAKRAS
When I stared practicing meditation a few years ago, I did a lot of research on the different energy sources in our bodies. What I gathered from scientific research, and from spiritual leaders and gurus, is that we function better when our energy is balanced. Now, you don't have to be a Yogi or spiritual junkie like myself to know that when you feel good, are less stressed, and have a clear idea of what you want to accomplish for the day, you simply function better, right?
Hopefully this information will help you understand the body's seven chakras, their function and what may happen if the chakras are off balance. Frankly, I wish I would have discovered this when I was starting my journey of applying Love as a Lifestyle.
