It's sad to say but most of the time we're allowing life to pass us by without actually living it. I mean how often are we at lunch with someone but rather than engaging in real conversation you're both on your phones deep into snaps, tweets or likes?
The fact that we're more online now than ever isn't news, but what you don't know is it's literally sucking the life out of you. Seriously! It's taking years off your life, changing the way you connect with others, setting up insecurities, and damaging your health!
Yes, it's ironic to ask you to join me (online) for this chat - but let's be honest would you show up if I was speaking someplace live? And if you did, would you actually turn your phone off and participate? Slim chances huh? I get it!
I know that in order to connect with you I have to engage where you're comfortable. Hopefully once we're done with this chat you'll see why even I have pulled back from social - just a bit - to allow myself to actually live my life rather than watch someone else's life online.
We will cover 10 Tips to Slow Down + Start Living More!
I can't wait to chat with you! Details below!
