There are so many diets and wellness trends online these days that just the idea of identifying which diet is best for you can honestly be crazy overwhelming! Then you add the fact that most of us have so much packed in our daily lives that the thought of joining some "transformational" bootcamp or trying a new workout is simply too much right now.
