If You're Talking About It Don't Be Surprised When It Arrives

I love social media but these days I see far too many FML's, SMH's, KMN's, LazyAF's, UglyAF's, and tons of other sad, self-deprecating, negative messages than I would like to see. Let's be honest, they can be a real downer.

Now I get it to a point. Who am I really kidding here? I'm human and have had my share of bad days and thrown around a few FML's of my own, but here's why you might want to stop - like ASAP!

In the book The Power of I Am: Two Words That Will Change Your Life Today, New York Times bestselling author, Joel Osteen, talks about how two words can transform your life. He says, “whatever follows the ‘I am’ will eventually find you.” I totally agree! (In fact it's one of the most powerful lessons in practicing Love As A Lifestyle, but more on that later.)

I believe if you speak defeat, discouragement, self-hate, or alike you attract these things to your life. It's like you've sent the evite and rallied all hell to join your party. Why would you ever want that?

Wouldn't you rather be celebrating life? There's so much to be grateful for!

Practicing Love As A Lifestyle and being mindful of my choices, thoughts and actions has helped me stay positive and helps me speak things into my life that are worth celebrating. I know the power of my words so rather than speaking more FML's into my day I prefer to focus on what I love so I can see more of it.

Join me in this chat as I share what you need to know in order to call into action the life you want and finally put a stop to the stuff that needs to go.
